Outreach Program

Jireh’s Place Outreach Program is a program designed to assist local communities in providing life skills for teenage girls. This program will be conducted by Jireh's Place qualified staff. Such topics addressed are; achieving higher education, self-esteem, leadership skills, team building and healthy relationships, community service, HIV/AIDS, substance abuse, gang participation, and sex education.

Jireh’s Place Facility Coming Soon

Jireh’s Place Facility will serves as a group home facility for girls ages 10-17. Residents will be referred from local Virginia Family Services Agencies. Upon entry to Jireh’s Place, residents receive a wealth of holistic services, to enhance mental, physical, and emotional needs. All residents will participate in one on one counseling, life skills training program, educational and employment services. 

Helen’s Love Coming Soon

Helen’s Love will serve as an independent living facility, designed to provide services to young mothers ages 16-23 and their children. These young mothers will be referred through local family service agencies and can be self-referred. Services such as parent education and support for young mothers and fathers, development of life skills, early intervention screening for children, pre and post-natal care, and employment and career training will be provided. The primary goal of this program will be to keep teen mothers and their children united, provide teen mothers with resources to become sufficient, independent parents, and to end intergenerational cycles of teen parenting.
